We both started our careers, in real estate, merely 3 months apart from one another in early 2016. We quickly became friends and allies and admired one another’s way of running their business. Brittany has a keen eye for design and is very clear and realistic when giving advice. Kendra has had experience with relocation, herself, through the years, and can navigate the more emotional aspects of the process when working with an array of buyers and sellers. In early 2018 we chose to form a two-person team and utilize each other’s strengths in order to grow as individual agents and as a team. We are proud to say that we have been able to help 100’s of individuals and families buy and sell real estate in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. Our goal is to improve our community with a focus on real estate development. We hope we can assist you through the buying or selling process. A LITTLE MORE ABOUT KENDRA…

My interest sparked in pursuing my real estate license when I purchased my own home in 2014, only 3 years after graduating from Augustana College. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I pursued a career in social services. 

I now live a few steps away from the Mighty Mississippi River. When I find free time, you can find me with my two dogs, spending time outside, on the river and traveling. I am also lucky enough to have volunteered for many different organizations including, Empowering Abilities, Scott County Special Olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Iowa Realtors and Quad City Area Realtors.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT BRITTANY… 

Born and raised right here in the Quad Cities I found myself eager to know more and more about real estate as I was growing up. Coming from a family that invests, flips, and owns real estate it’s easy for some to say "It's in my blood!". I graduated from West High School in 2012 and then continued my education at Scott Community College in Business Management.

In my free time I have volunteered for Junior Achievement, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and I love helping family and friends with their design needs! If I'm not selling Real Estate, or volunteering for a few of the amazing organizations we have here in the QC, I value time spent with my family, friends, and godson.
